Advance Saver Help & Tips

Q: How do I book an Advance Saver room?
A: Advance Saver rooms are only available to book online. If you know where you want to stay, select the lodge from the dropdown list on the homepage and click on “check availability”. If there are rooms available at £29.95 you will be offered a choice of two rates: Advance Saver and Flexible Rate. Select which rate you want and make your booking in the normal way. If there are no Advance Saver rooms available only the Flexible Rate will be offered.

Q: The Advance Saver rate is not displayed when I book.
A: When there are no Advance Saver rooms available/left only the Flexible Rate will be displayed. Try selecting a different date or location.
Tip: If you are planning to stay for more than one night, try selecting one night at a time. It may be that the Advance Saver rooms are only available for a portion of your entire stay.

Q: Can I see a list of where and when the offer is available?
A:
You can only see if an Advance Saver room is available by checking individual lodges on individual dates. However we are currently developing an easy search system which will display where and when the Advance Saver rooms are available. Watch this space.

Q: Are there Advance Saver rooms at all lodges?
A: Advance Saver rooms are available at all lodges with the exception of: Alderley Edge, Exeter East, Edinburgh West, Harrogate West, Maidstone, Plymouth, South Queensferry and Tunbridge Wells.

Q: Do I need to book Advance Saver rooms in advance?
A: Yes, Advance Saver rooms need to be booked at least 7 days up to 1pm before your intended arrival date

Q: How far in Advance can I book an Advance Saver room?
A: The Advance Saver offer is running until the 28th April 2008.

Q: Can I book an Advance Saver room over the phone?
A: No, Advance Saver rooms can only be booked online. You will need a debit/credit card and an e-mail address to complete the booking.

Q: When will my debit/credit card be charged?
A: Advance Saver rooms require pre-payment and are non-refundable. Your card will be charged prior to your arrival date. Please note: if you do not want to pay in advance please select a Flexible Rate room

Q: Is breakfast included in the Advance Saver rate?
A: Yes. All our room prices include a continental style breakfast served in the restaurant a few steps away from the lodge.

Q: I have booked the wrong lodge/date by mistake can I change it?
A: No, Advance Saver rooms are pre-pay and non refundable. You are able to cancel the booking but the full cost of your stay will be charged to your card. Please note: if you do not want to pay in advance and are likely to change or cancel your booking please select a Flexible Rate room.
